The 16th annual Heart & Sole 5K Run / 2.5K Walk was hosted at Como Lake in Saint Paul, MN on Saturday, September 15th, 2018. All proceeds benefit Camp Odayin and are used to send superstar kids with heart disease to camp! The event is fun for the whole family and includes the kid’s corner, bouncy house, photo booth, a raffle drawing, and snacks. Prizes awarded to top runners and all pre-registered participants get an event shirt!

8:30 to 9:00 AM – Participant check in and day-of registration. Inflatable bounce house, kids corner hosted by New Horizon Academy and photo booth.
9:00 AM – Program emceed by Sven Sundgaard of KARE 11 with camper stories, camp songs, warm-ups. This is where the big fun starts!
9:30 AM – The race begins. Runners complete a 5K and walkers complete a 2.5K.
