Overview
Come join Camp Odayin for a fun day of outdoor adventure for the whole family. Families who have a child with heart disease in 12th grade or younger (no minimum age) are invited to attend, even if you’ve never attended an Odayin event before.
Activities include sledding, broomball, snowshoeing, high ropes elements, archery (weather permitting), and fire building (s’mores anyone?). Sleds and helmets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Schedule
Family check-in will begin at 1:00, please arrive no later than 2:00. During that time, families are welcome to sled or tour the Ihduhapi camp grounds. Activities lead by Ihduhapi staff will run from 2:00 until the event ends at 4:00. After registering, you will receive an automated email confirmation from Camp Odayin and you will be emailed any additional details two weeks prior to the event.
In the case of inclement weather, we will be texting the number provided in the registration form if we must cancel the event. Unfortunately, if this occurs, we will not be rescheduling and will issue a refund within a week of the cancellation.
Payment & Financial Support
The cost to attend is $25 per family. This fee covers the cost of all activities for the entire family. Families have the option to pay $0 during the registration process. Additionally, Camp Ihduphapi requires a waiver be signed prior to participating.
If it would be beneficial to your family, we offer transportation support by reimbursing up to $300 for your travel costs. Contact the Camp Odayin office at brooke@campodayin.org for details on the travel cost reimbursement process.
The registration deadline is February 12th.
