Healing Hearts and Minds

Calling all our Odayin Readers!

The alumni group, Mortimer’s Mates, will be hosting an Odayin Book Club with the book Healing Hearts and Minds by Tracey Livecchi and Liza Morton. They have chosen to read this book because the authors are CHD patients who are also mental health professionals. The book highlights the psychological impacts of CHD and “the resources and support they have been looking for their entire adult lives…[The] book is focused on providing evidence-based coping and self-care skills for adults living with CHD.”

We hope that reading this book will deepen your experience, foster growth for you and your loved ones, and provide an opportunity to find more support.

The online book discussion is Sunday, April 30th at 6pm central where the committee will lead a lively discussion in large and small groups. This event is open to those 18+ only.

This event occurred on April 30, 2023.
