Join us on April 14th, 2018 for the 18th Have a Heart Benefit presented by Abbott and hosted at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The Have a Heart Benefit serves as a fundraising event and a celebration of Camp Odayin where all proceeds go toward sending superstar kids to camp!
Registration closed on March 27th – The names of registered attendees will be on the guest list upon arrival. The benefit is a 21+ event.
6:00 pm – Dinner*, complimentary wine, games and silent auction with mobile bidding
8:00 pm – Dessert and program, emceed by Rena Sarigianopoulos of KARE 11 News and 12 year old camper Charlie
9:00 pm – Music with Nicholas David, finalist on season three of NBC’s ‘The Voice’, dancing and auction check-out
11:00 am – Event ends
*The delicious buffet will include vegetarian and gluten free options.

There are two options for discounted parking for Have a Heart Benefit guests:
Self-Parking at Loring Parking Ramp (attached to the Hyatt Regency)
To receive a discounted rate of $10, you will receive a sticker at registration. Upon exiting the Loring Parking Ramp, scan your original parking ramp ticket followed by the discounted sticker. You will then be prompted to pay the $10 parking rate by credit card. No cash accepted. There is no discount available at the Millennium Hotel ramp across the street.
Hyatt Regency Valet
Upon arrival at valet, identify yourself as a Have a Heart Benefit guest to receive a discounted rate of $25.
Support Odayin Campers
In addition to the silent auction, there will be a variety of fun ways to offer financial support…
- Gem Dig* – $10 to scoop up some sand for a chance to win a .72 carat Montana Sapphire ($750 retail).
- Gone Fishin’ * – $10 to cast your line. Guaranteed to win a restaurant gift card valued between $10-$25 and one lucky winner will receive a $100 VISA gift card.
- Heads or Tails* – $10 to play for a chance to win a $500 VISA gift card.
- During the program, there will be an opportunity to send a camper to camp during a live ask.
*Due to MN State gambling laws, these opportunities to give are cash only.

Mobile bidding on the silent auction will open Saturday at noon and close at 8 pm! To receive access to the auction via text message at that time, please provide your cell phone number HERE by 10 am Saturday.
Express Payment Options
At registration, you will be asked if you wish to pre-swipe your credit card. This will expedite check-out at the end of the evening. If you are not a silent auction winning bidder, your credit card will not be charged. If you do win an auction item, your credit card will automatically be charged and you can skip the line at the payment table, retrieve your item and depart at your leisure.
