The Moms Retreat weekend includes meals, lodging, optional spa and yoga activities, fabulous guest speakers and camaraderie. The historic Water Street Inn is located on the St. Croix River in downtown Stillwater near boutiques and recreational activities. Camp Odayin has 40 rooms booked for the weekend. Depending on the total number of moms who register, attendees may be asked to have a roommate in a double occupancy room (with individual / separate living spaces).

Registration

Registration for the weekend will be first come, first served and there is a total capacity for 67 moms. If capacity is reached before May 11th, we will start a wait list. Similar to our summer, winter and family camp sessions, we ask for a $25 registration fee. We appreciate your support by making a tax-deductible donation in addition to the $25 fee. The remaining funds will be raised by Camp Odayin on your behalf.

April 2nd to 23rd – registration is exclusively open to moms who are currently on the Camp Odayin camper mailing list with heart child(ren) ages birth-11th grade (An invitation email was sent from kris@campodayin.org on April 2nd)

April 24th to May 11th – if capacity has not been reached, on April 24th, registration will be open to any mom with heart child(ren) ages birth-11th grade

Objectives

The Camp Odayin Moms Retreat weekend will seek to improve the quality of life of caregivers through the following objectives:

  • Provide emotional support – Through time with other caregivers, heart moms will strengthen their support system and validate each other’s experiences
  • Provide an opportunity for self-care – Heart moms will be offered restorative sessions and learn stress reduction techniques
  • Empower and strengthen –  Heart moms will gain resources and have opportunities to ask questions of experts to better support themselves and their families
